PR72
PROFILCO S.A continues the
strategy of offering to the constructors safe, reliable and quality aluminium
with functionality has created a completely new thermal break system PR72 with
multi locking system.
PR72 thermal break system designed according to the needs of the constructors
and the international market, The design has been based to the line of existing
systems of PROFILCO by adding also all the advantages of multi locking system.
PR72 is a high specifications opening system which protect ideally from heat and
cold as also from noises.
Main characteristics
of PR72:
- Special designed steel
lockings which are installed perimetric of the sash in order to ensure the
maximum safety for the construction
- Easy assembly, demands
less time and cost.
- Frame and sash width
72 mm
- Thermal break profiles
with the use of 24mm polyamide.
- Central gasket made
of EPDM with 5mm overlap which can be modified up to 8 mm by increasing the
tolerances for the profile cutting, in order to avoid problems of malfunction
to the windows that are made from the adjusting of the sashes. This way ensures
the perfect seal of the central gasket.
- Gaskets made of soft
EPDM with easy installation for the frame
- 8 mm overlap of the
sash for better seal

clip to the profiles

of EPDM which can be installed with vulcanized corners in order to have the
maximum waterproof

with corner joints with pin or with the use of gripping machines.
- Special designed corner
joint for the sash and the frame in order to withstand in maximum load of
130 Kg that the perimetric mechanism is designed for.
- New hand operated punch
press, which except the basic operation has also possibility to make configuration
for the hinge of the sash in order to prevent the break of drills when we
use drilling plates, as also water drainage configuration to the sash.
